Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
